Just a reminder ther is class 10:30 at Premier on Friday and 6:00-7:00
pm at Forest Meadows (you do not need to be a member at Forest Meadows

Sunday 2:30-3:30 class at Golds Gym on Captial Circle NE, If you are
not a member there is a coupon for a free class but it appears you have
to take a tour in order tyouse the free coupon.
