The Yolo Prostate Cancer Support Group, established in March 2006, welcomes men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, have recurrent disease, or have an interest or expertise in the topic.

Our meetings are held on the second Monday evening of each month beginning at 7 p.m., at these locations:

Odd-numbered months (May, July, etc.)
Woodland Community & Senior Center
2001 East Street, Woodland, CA
(Exception: in commemoration of Veterans Day,
the November 2012 meeting will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13)

Even-numbered months (June, August, etc.):
Yolo County Library, Davis branch

We offer participants the opportunity to meet with prostate cancer survivors and discuss treatment options, recovery and side effects. We also are establishing an auxiliary group for spouses and partners. Attendance is free of charge, thanks to the generosity of the Woodland Community & Senior Center and the Yolo County Library, which allow us to use space for our meetings.
