Note:
  1. Each Hatha Yoga course consists of 12 weekly classes at a duration of one hour per class.
  2. Since this is a progressive course, registration will be open for the first 3 weeks only.
  3. The Intermediate Course is open only to those who have completed the Beginners Course.
  4. Clothings must be stretchable and loose-fitting - track suit, t-shirt (no shoes or socks).
  5. Recommended only for those above 15 years of age.
