3 Popular Home Remedies For Yeast Infections   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #139 of 217 |

From the heading you might have guessed that this section holds
natural remedies that you can use to help rid yourself of a yeast
infection, and you would be right. Most of these are tried and true
methods to curing yeast infections, and can be used with the
knowledge that it does work.
Before we go any further though, I have to mention once again that I
am not a qualified medical practitioner of any sort, so if you're
thinking of trying any of the remedies mentioned here you might want
to consult a doctor beforehand to get proper medical advice.
Also, before proceeding any further with any of the remedies you
should first make certain that you're not allergic to any of the
ingredients in the remedies. And the remedies found here can for the
most part be adapted to male yeast infection sufferers too.
Diet Changes
It is a fact that changing your diet can lead to curing your yeast
infection. And this holds especially true if you cut out such things
as sugars and carbohydrates from your daily intake. For this section,
I've listed only a few of the things that you should look into
including in your daily diet.
Anything else can be decided upon depending on what your tastes run
to. This is more of a starter list really, and is aimed at helping
you get a handle on what types of foods you should eat and what types
of food you shouldn't.
? Brown rice
? Millet
? Buckwheat
? Chicken soups
? Vegetable broths
? Vegetables
? Lemons
? Grapefruits
? Cranberries
? Yogurt
? Curd
? Garlic
? Cinnamon
? Oregano
Clothing
With this section, I'll be brief. This should give you an idea of
what you should wear.
? Natural fiber clothing, which will let you breathe
? Natural fiber underwear, preferably cotton underwear
? Loose fitting clothes, especially around the genital area
? Perhaps stockings instead of pantyhose
Yogurt
There might be other ways of getting rid of a yeast infection, but
yogurt has to be the number one practiced home remedy. Just about
everyone who uses home remedies to cure their yeast infection has
heard about or used yogurt. And quite a few people who haven't had a
yeast infection have heard about this popular remedy too.
That being said, if you've not heard about this cure before, you
might be wondering how something like yogurt could help cure your
yeast. Well to begin with, there are a few ways and means by which
you can use yogurt to cure yourself of your yeast infection, and most
of them tend to be messy.
But if you can stand that part there's no denying the fact that it
does help quite a few yeast suffers with their problem. So first of
all I've given you the list of methods on how to use yogurt to good
effect, and then I've gone into detail on each one of these.
It should, I believe, also be noted that the yogurt that I'm talking
about is the unsweetened plain variety, and if it has live cultures
then that's even better. Your yogurt should also have Acidophilus in
it as this is the main fighting agent. This is also the reason why
Acidophilus was mentioned earlier in the "Cures" section.
Don't, whatever you do, use sweetened yogurt as the yeast bacteria
will be happily singing your praises for the next few generations to
come!
? Freshly applied
? Yogurt tampon
? Frozen tampon applicator
? Frozen glove fingers Syringes without needles
