Most of us follow the old Core rules, while some may be following the new Weight Watchers Momentum Plan. If you're unfamiliar with the Core Plan, WW's has kept it alive by offering the Simply Filling plan. All are welcome.
If you're new to Weight Watcher's or have been away for a while, ask your leader about the Simply Filling Plan or just ask us!
We sometimes discuss points values of foods, since that information is used in calculating your WPAs (Weekly Points Allowance). This knowledge is helpful should you decide to try Core/Simply Filling or go back and forth between Core/Simply Filing and/or counting points.
So,whether this is your first time on WW or your tenth, we all need support to get going and to keep us going. And when we falter we need a nudge to get going again. You’ve come to the right place. Join us here to get support, share recipes, ideas and post your daily meals while following the Weight Watchers programs. Questions are always welcome, and there is a ton of information in our files for your review along with great recipes.
