I've bee\n so confused and just told so many different things, but I do
have a question. Why do school counselors have to take the PPST at
Marshall before they can enter into a the program? People who don't
have their teaching certificate have to take this test, but somehow
once you graduate from the school counseling program your not able to
substitute teach because you still don't have a teaching certificate.
What is going on with our system and why do we hold back dedicated and
hard working students for more money?
