Welcome to the Woodbridge, VA Fibromyalgia Support Group!!

This is a more informal group than others, with our focus being on making personal connections and close friendships with other local FM sufferers. You will learn information about FM from this group, but I would highly recommend that you join other FM groups, such as the Northern VA CFIDS/FM group (click on Links to see the contact info. Look at their Links page - a treasure trove of info). I would highly recommend that you get on their email list, as a lot of great resources about books, meetings, clinical trials, etc. are emailed out.

To find out when our upcoming meetings are, click on Calendar and click on Month to see the monthly view. We usually try to have meetings planned about 2 months in advance. Let us know if you'd like to host a meeting at your home or be the coordinator for a meeting at another location. In our meetings we will share our struggles, while not diminishing the severity of others' symptoms (no one upsmanship), asking what each person wants from the group and at the end of the meeting asking one positive thing to take away from the mtg.
