Hello Everyone,

I'm new, too, and looking for other women to talk to in a similar situation. I
am C6 /7 incomplete and was injured 20 months ago in a bicycle accident. I am
56 now. progressed rapidly the first year and learned how to drive and dress
and transfer. But now I am beginning to have severe burning pains in my legs.
Does anyone else have this and if so, what do you do about it?

Lula

Lucy,
I was going to e-mail you like you said, but you don't list an e-mail addr=
ess. lol So I'll say hello here.
I'm Julie. C5 complete since 1990. The others are right, the first year is =
the hardest, it gets better.
Driving, I can't help you with. I have a van, but I don't drive....yet.
Dressing is easy for me...someone else dresses me. lol
feel free to e-mail me if you'd like to talk.

Julie

fingers. But in my area there is no others like me, nor is
there any within a hundred mile radius.I don't have a vehicle although i ha=

my accident but my daughter wrecked it and i did not know until after the a=

to get a job. But you need a car to work and a job to get a car.
