Like you, I've been reading messages in this group for some time
without posting myself. I had polio rather than an SCI, so lots of
differences in terms of the effects and limitations, but some shared
issues with mobility and accessibility. Sorry I can't offer any
suggestions on cathing, but you mentioned you use braces and crutches
and I have a life time of experience with those <lol>. If I can help
