Hi Kelly, ain't life a b----, I too went through your problem. The only thing
that I was able to do for myself to live and love was just to live together, I
do no recommend this, but as you stated, being in a wheelchair can be very
pricey, along with every thing else. If you want to talk about anything e-mail
me privately, not that I am worried, but just to discuss different things. It's
so hard trying to make it nowadays and be happy and live a full life, when bam
you get slapped with another problem. Where do you live?? Ok, write if you like,
if not I wish you luck, Theresa

engaged. I'm also on Social
security which is a problem I think. I'm under the impression that
if I get married I will lose my SS benefits, medicair, medicaid and
the other public home health programs that I am on. Has anyone else
ever had to deal with this? It is very discouraging! Hell it is just
plain sad. I finally found someone that loves me and wants to marry
me but if we get married I lose what I have and my medical needs are
too enormous for my fiance to carry on his own. If we get married we
will be living in poverty not that being on SS is living it up but
atleast I have some medical benefits and get some of my supplies and
my medications paid for. Anybody have any ideas or am I destined to
be an old maid with no hope of getting to marry the man I love?
Kelly
