Thank you for the welcome back! We had a good honeymoon. The cruise
was very disappointing as most of the ship was not accessible, and
NONE of the shore excursions were. Once we got over that
disappointment, we had a great time just relaxing and not having a
phone or email to answer! My husband and I are usually very busy, so
we only get about an hour alone together each day, not nearly enough
for newleyweds!! So, we enjoyed that! I welcome you to our site, I
hope you find many friends here. The women that are a part of this
group are all wonderful and supportive. You've had two children since
your accident...how did that work for you? My husband and I want to
have kids, maybe in a year or two. I know we're able to have
children, I just wonder how easy it's going to be. You sound a lot
like me though, once there's something you want, you always find a
way to do it. For example, I was determined to walk down the aisle at
my wedding. Since I'm paralyzed from the chest down, it posed a
problem. Well, I pulled out my leg braces from my days of physical
therapy, got to working out again, and walked my butt down the aisle!
I just take this injury like I take life, full of choices and
opportunities. We may not always like the choices we're faced with,
but with the right attitude, any choice can have a good outcome!
Well, I better get going. My husband will be home soon, and I've
gotta get my hour of time in :)
