Hi , I'm new to this club, but wanted to welcome you back and hope
you had a wonderful honey moon. I live in Louisiana and have just
found out there were sci sites, bad for me as I have been in
wheelchair since 1974. I had a broken neck,3 places, broken back, in
2 places, 20 stitches in my head, lefy lung collapse and a husband
that walked out on me and a 3 year old daughter. Well life went on
and I learned to do for myself, although it was more for my child
that life went on. In 1976 I met my now husband who never once looked
at the chair as a problem, in 1980 , we had a girl , and 1984 , a
boy, so for those that think life ends, it can go on if you are
strong enough and want to live. To say it is easy is not true, it is
hard, real hard, but guess I wanted to see what I could, alot of
problems along the way, but with every fall back , I came back
stronger, I think,HA. Anyway just wanted to thank you for letting me
in and look forward to all post. One last thing, I now have 4
grandkids who keep me going, life is a blessing. Also, my love for
family and my love for music help alot, my favorite singer is Rod
Stewart, his music has always brought me up when I was down, any
fans?? Enough for now, take care. Theresa
