Iam speaking of any pain that I have, I have
nerve pain only on contact (pressure, sex, injections
etc), and then the arthistis pain in my spinal core
too. I have even use this method for sprains
too.<br><br>Iam not sure how to set a level for my injury...do
you mean like on a count from 1 to 10 ?<br><br>Self
meditation I first play with in my twenties although I never
taken it serously enough to used it, then back in the
mid eighty's dealing with a nervous breakdown after a
split up between me and husban I was once again
introduce to self meditation and of course I thought to
myself that it would never work then. Oh but I was wrong
and after a few months I began to practice this
meditation almost daily then.<br><br>It was until a year
later after my car accindent that I was oncce again
introduce to this form of meditation but this time for pain
management where all else medications would either disagree
with me or just simply cost too much for me to buy. My
car accident was in 1995.<br><br>I only wish the
meditation would take away the shakeness though.
