Hello everyone, for those of you who don't really know me, I guess
this message doesn't apply, but i just wanted to share that on

Thanksgiving, I got ENGAGED!!!!!!!!  I hope everyone has a great
holiday!!!!

Sometime this month - I am having our third baby on Nov 1, so I was
trying to do it for this month, otherwise I'll do it after the new
year. What day/time would work for you?

I'm hoping someone will know someone who can help.

I have two very dear friends (married couple) who are qualified to
adopt children from foster homes (she and her husband took the
requisite classes and everything already), and are looking desperately
for a 0-3 year old girl.  If you know of anybody who has a 0-3 year
old girl in foster care, would you please contact me so I can put them
in contact with my friends?  Please forward this to anybody and
everybody you know - thank you in advance.  I'd love for them to have
the gift of a baby girl.

The information below is about a Girl's Night Out event in LA tonight
- I'm working at the event, and while I was there last night, I
discovered that if you fill out a simple online survey, you get free
admission and a free goodie bag. I'm a total sucker for free stuff,
and it's unusual for me to have the opportunity to get other people
into an event like this, so I thought I would spread the word. I am
not affiliated with this company (Shecky's) in any way, I just work
for an event staffing company (Party Staff) and they hired us to work
at the sign-in table last night and tonight. I'm really not an evil
corporate spammer, I swear.

So...
If you:
A) Use hair & beauty products,
are
B) near downtown or willing to drive to downtown LA to get them
and
C) willing to pay $5 in parking for a goodie bag with hair care and
beauty products - (the web site says it's worth over $100, but they
always inflate the value of these things, so I'm guessing you would
normally pay about $50 for the stuff... but you would still be saving
money if you don't have to drive too far.)

then this is the event for you - TONIGHT - Shecky's Girls Night Out -
5pm - 10pm
110 E. 9th Street (between Main and Los Angeles) in the California
Market, 13th floor, 'B' side. You can park in the lot across the
street for $5.

Thank you for holding the vision and enerje to manifest such a lovely group of
women.
It was wonderful to meet so many new people and feel safe and welcomed.

Thank you everyone for a great evening. Although I had never met any
of you I felt I was in a really familial space.
I enjoyed the
exercises especially  at the end it was really relaxing and will be a
great tool
for me to use when I'm stressed out.
