This mailing list was created and is moderated by the founder of zena moon, Carla Blazek, a recovering perfectionist and workaholic who went from suicidal Microsoft burnout to an Oprah success story. Nowadays in addition to running zena moon, Carla is writing a book called "Women at Rest" about the necessity of rest in women's lives.
