That special someone is YOU. Once you find ~you~ your outlook will
change. You will not allow anyone to start a sentence with "F_ing"
anything. You will not even stand there and listen to the next word.
You'll be so outta there they will wonder if you were even there in
the first place.

There are no knights in shining armor to save us. We have to save
ourselves.

Dr. Joyce Brothers said you lose a husband one of 2 ways; either by
divorce or by death. Be prepared to support yourself.

The man I am seeing for almost 2 years has helped me tremendously.

He does ~not~ pay my bills.

He used the words to me once "don't ever depend on a swinging d_ck
to take care of you. Take care of yourself.

Belive it or not those words stick in my head. He's right.

He encourages me that I can do anything I put my mind to.

He encouraged me to buy my house from my ex by helping to look
carefully at what it would cost me to live in an apartment or live
in my house. The question was "what bills do you take with you where
ever you go, like phone, electric, car expenses, credit card bills,
etc. and what housing expenses you will have? It cost me a little
more to own my house but it's worth the equity I will get over time.
My house, hopefully, will become my retirement.

He helped me make an apartment so I can cover the expenses for my
house.

He tells me all the time "if you try your best and fail you're still
a winner because you tried your best."

He's not a knight, he's a friend who allows me to be myself and do
what I want to do.

If there is an investment we can make together we go in as partners
and share the expenses and the profits.

It's all about you Missy. You can do anything you put your mind to.
If you try your best at something and fail you're still a winner
because you tried your best. Just try your best again the next time.
