If you figure it out, let me know. I've filed for divorce but we're still
living together. I will say that he's been a lot nicer since receiving the
paperwork. Perhaps it's dawned on him that his behavior will impact the
children's desire to be with him in terms of custody.
Good luck.

Hello everyone,
Would like to know if anyone knows how I can get my husband to leave the
house, when I file for divorce, short of getting a Temp. Protection Order???
There has been abuse in the marriage (14 years), but lately, it's been
mostly verbal and mental. Although, I have been afraid to push the gamut that
he
would turn physical. So, I have been told that I may not be able to get a
TPO and I am afraid to tell him I want him to move out. That will only incite
him to dig his heels in to stay. If it was HIS idea, that would be different.
Anyway, any advice would be appreciated. We live in Georgia.
Thanks,
Tonya
