Climbers and hikers throughout America are invited to participate in summitting the highest peak in each of the 50 states of the United States June 27-July 6, in an effort to raise awareness and funds to fight pediatric AIDS.
Individuals who raise a minimum of $115 and teams raising $5,000 or more are eligible for a chance at prizes. Top prizes include a safari for two to Namibia and a trip for two to the top of Kilimanjaro.
Proceeds benefit children served by the American Foundation for Children with AIDS. AFCA provides life-saving medication, food and medical supplies to HIV-positive children in Zimbabwe, Kenya and Uganda.
