I don't see how one leads to the other - unles NJ is suggesting forced
abortions for HIV women - and NJ isn't China!

Sounds like an equally daft stand taken some years ago by the otherwise
highly intelligent Simone Weill in France; she argued that HIV testing
of pregnant women was a breech of their rights to privacy! she changed
her mind.
