Hey Shirley,
I find that the ocean is just so peaceful i love to just sit and listen to
the waves hit the shoreline. one year we had rented a house in the
OuterBanks in NC right on the water, when i tell you that was the most
relaxing vacation that i have ever had. When my wife Kathy told me it was
time to pack we had to leave the next day i was depressed. Oh well some day.
As far as walking goes, I used to go to the gym 5 days a week and just walk
but than i pulled a back muscle at work and now it is very hard to get back
in the swing of things again just lazy really. I am trying though i get
there twice a week now. the only thing that is making me nervous about the
operation, is i just heard of 2 people that died from it within 2 wks of
having it and a third who has had nothing but problem in and out of the
hospital and thats been about a month now. i have a close friend who had it
and has had no problem except for needing new clothes, he lost almost
200lbs.
