There is definite scarring. From what I've encountered first hand, seen on other people, and looked at in before and after pictures it seems like everyone has a different experience depending on a lot of different variables. Seven weeks ago I had a circumfrential abdominoplasty, and the scarring, which there definitely is...is so totally worth it. I now have a flat stomach...something that i've never experienced in my whole entire life! After bariatric surgery i just had an enormous amount of fat and skin left over. The scar is completely covered up in a pair of bikini underwear...which I would have never worn before the surgery!!!
