Hi!  I had part one of my body lift 5 weeks ago!  I am loving the results!  I had it done here in Ohio. It is absolutel amazing to have a flat stomach!!!! I feel so fortunate that things went really well.  I really feel for me that pain management was the key...keeping just a little bit ahead of the pain medication.  The first week was the worst, for obvious reasons.  By week two I was really feeling so much better!  I had a lifting reclining chair that really was such a big help.  I didn't think that I would need it, but it was amazing!  I slept in it also.  I had gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago and have lost a total of 205 pounds!  I have just 17 more pounds to go to be at my goal weight!!  I am having a thigh lift and my arms done on October 11th and then the third and final step will be implants and a breast lift about one month later!  I am a teacher so I am fortunate to have saved up all of my sick days and have taken a medical leave until January to complete this whole crazy process!  I think that at three weeks if you just take it really easy you will be ready to ease back into work, and if for some reason you're not remember that this is your time in your life to put yourself first and do everything in your power to work it out somehow to take the time you need to heal!  Christy
