Hi, gang. I successfully underwent my "tummy tuck" and chin lift this past Thursday. Uneventful procedures, Dr. Revis and all North Ridge Hospital staff were great. The only discomfort I felt was related to the head dressings which made my ears, neck, shoulders, and back sore, but not painful. On returning home, my only issue has been with blood clots forming in the drains form the abdominoplasty, but I think I've got that licked now, and they are flowing quite smoothly. I found the surgery to be FAR LESS severe than the gastric bypass I had three years ago. Swelling and bruising are really quite minimal, and I am taking the recommended SinEcch and Unjury. If it weren't for the drain problem, this would have felt like a cake walk. Everyone, of course, is different, and Andy found some of his recoveries quite painful. Don't expect any insurance coverage; I understand it's extremely rare. Roger, Naples, FL

I
lost 200lbs and have always wanted to have cosmetic surgery, but was
scared. I had a consultation with Dr. Revis and I am in the process
of
getting my financing together for the surgery.
Did anyone's health insurance cover the procedure?
How much pain did you have after the surgery?
Thanks
