My aim is to eat a healthy diet that consists mostly of whole, natural foods. Instead of instant white rice, I want to cook with brown rice. Instead of refined white flour, I want to only use whole grains. My main goal is to not be fat-free, or even low-fat. My goal is to not use unnatural products (hydrogenated oils, refined sugar, etc.) This list will be a place to discuss cooking methods, shopping practices, and recipes.
