Greetings all--

Have been using wheatgrass off and on for 20 years. My husband and I
currently live in the desert (closest big city is Phoenix) and are
having a very difficult time growing it and/or buying it (other than
spending a small fortune buying it from Whole Foods Market).

(1) Molds if we water it sufficiently. Dries out if we do not water
it sufficiently.

(2) Finding farmers who grow it in the Phoenix area that we can
buy flats from.

Does anybody posting here have experience growing grass in the desert,
and/or with how to deal with molding problems? Anybody know of bulk
farmers/growers in the Phoenix area?
