detox and also build up your energy, both.
wheatgrass is practically the most powerful drink in the world. for
many the best detox is enemas, and esp. colonics, and after cleaning colon
insert some ounce(s) of raw fresh wheatgrass into the just cleaned colon, for 1,
2, 3, 5, building up to 10, 20, 30+ minutes, as long as you can hold it. i
know 2 different persons, who did colonics, then inserted 20+ ounces and left
the juice in overnight, almost totally absorbed overnight. both were
terminally ill, which is why they did this so extreme. of course, they had
built up to that large amount of wheatgrass juice 'implanted' (into colon), for
YEARS!!
this is the #1 way to 'heal' the body, and look in the mirror before and then
'after', within just one hour, and actually SEE THE DIFFERENCE!!

Subject: RE: [wheatgrass] Re: New to Wheatgrass - Detox Symptoms???
The body odour thing refers to the armpits & being in work boots all day
everyday, there's the foot odour as well.
I had a long break from the wheatgrass juicing in the morning & the body
odour x 2 came back, so I started juicing carrot instead of wheatgrass
because the detox from carrot is not as "heavy"
When it felt right to me, I then started juicing wheatgrass at 1 oz per day
with a little water that was 2 to 1 ratio.
My diet was changed to add more raw foods for lunch, mostly salads & I went
to eat semi vegetarian foods, Ayurveda curries.
I cant remember exactly when the body odour vacated, but I became aware one
time in the morning that my sheets on the bed smelled as if they were just
taken from the washing machine, I used to change them every 3rd day, now
this can be done weekly or more. I then noticed the arm pits odour was gone
& best of all the work sox.
I've read many things online about deodorants, if you cant eat them, don't
wear them.... B.O is the bodies way to tell you that the digestive track is
not as efficient as it is meant to be.
So I think to be fair, I now think that it was definitely around 2-3 weeks
of daily shots of wheatgrass to have the B.O removed, including a diet
change & balance the food with proper food combining rules.
Bowel movement is the most important thing during a detox, meaning , if you
eat 3 times a day, you should be sitting on the throne 3 times a day, if
this is not happening, your food combining is out.

Subject: [wheatgrass] Re: New to Wheatgrass - Detox Symptoms???
Thank you for the warm welcome!!!!
I am experiencing a heighten sense of awareness even though I am
sleeping a lot less. I use to sleep for about seven hours and rarely had
a clear head upon first waking.
My thoughts are clear but the aches and myriad of pains/detox symptoms
commence shortly thereafter. When I woke up this morning I felt
fantastic, but after a couple of hours and 2 ounces of wheatgrass later
my headache returned. I slept a little and felt somewhat better.
You are probably correct about my fluid/water intake. I have been
drinking very little water. I will make a point to consume more water
throughout the day and see if my headache subsides. As far as my intake
of wheatgrass is concerned, going from 1 ounce to 3 in less than a week,
I am going to continue the same dosage but wait more time in between
servings.
You mentioned " . . .the unpleasant body odor leaving . . ." what
exactly did you mean by this? Are you referring to typical b.o. (armpits
and such, I do not mean to be rude) or more? The reason I am asking is
because I use a crystal deodorant and noticed during the last week it
seems less effective.
Thanks so much for your help!!
