Up to 3 ounces in just a week, thats, in my opinion, quite an increase.
The affects would seem to most dependent on your current and previous
diet...

Ditto.

Hrm, I did not eat a lot of meat, maybe once a week for chicken or fish.
Dairy, have always had a reaction to anything but raw milk. Reaction
being the simple clogged sinuses and additional flem(sp?).

Depends what it is? Not the same for me, unless your referring to
Carls Jr.,
or similar poison.

Yes, but in a week? Wow, nice. (I'm jealous)

Yes, same here. Especially after doing a 2 ounce shot. Seems to want to
flush the system right away.

Sounds like a definite detox. For me, after a few weeks, well, even
sooner,
but after a few weeks these symptoms had pretty much gone away, and
what was still there I was getting used to it as it waned.

I would say your doing ok. If its serious, as in affecting your
ability to
handle the day, then cut back and perhaps gradually increase. Doing
three ounces in a day, in one week, would be, in my opinion, more of
a sickly health cure regime. If your generally moving to a healthier
lifestyle, and still eating dead food, then a gradual climb to 3 or more
ounces might be better for *you*. I have not done 3 ounces in a single
day for months, but then again, I buy at a juice bar. I need to start
growing
again. You inspire me.
Enjoy,
Eddy
