Re: [wheatgrass] Help! Growing Wheatgrass in a Dorm room

Leona,

Here in Tulsa I get the organic soil very cheap. I
discard after each tray I grow, I figure its not
harmful on the waste sight or anything. I only use
about a half inch of soil per tray as taught by Ann
Wigmore Inst.
If you have plenty of light and keep room at 75
degrees you will have pretty good luck. The only thing
is in that dry environment you will have to water
almost daily, a humidifier will help with the
germination. Remember to soak seeds in filtered water
for 24-48 hours till white shoot starts out then they
are ready to lay on top of soil. IF you have access to
fax send me the number and I'll send some info on my
manual I received from Creative Health Inst.
