Less than six months ago, I lived in Southern California. I juiced
wheatgrass, spinich, celery, parsley and kale juice daily. At least
once or twice a day. I lived walking distance from a farmers market.
I felt great. I radiated health. My skin was flawless.
The last four-five months have been a testimony to the power of green.
I moved to Fairbanks, AK to finish school and to be with the love of
my life. It's his last year of engineering grad school. I had to
move to be with him. I am glad I moved for him. He is the sweetest,
ost wonderful man.
But I really hate the produce in Interior Alaska. I eat at the
cafeteria. It sucks and I feel like Sh!t. I look like Sh!t. I know
you guys understand. There are no juice bars here or wheatgrass. I
need help growing my own. He lives in a cabin without running water.
I live on campus in my own room. I have some shelf space available.
I also have all full spectrum lights.
Where do I start. I want to make plans now so that I can hit the
ground juicing in late Jan when I come back to school.
Help!
