Enzymes are chemical protein complexes and bioenergy reservoirs.Enzymes can be
activated deactivated and destroyed. They are found in all living things but are
not a living thing. So its impossible to kill an enzyme but they can be destroyed
by high heat and super cold temperatures.Enzymes are catalysts which increase
chemical reactions while not being consumed or destroyed while performing there
purpose.Oxidation is one of the chemical reactions that is increased by
exposing/activating a enzymatic reaction.Enzymes work in a very specific way in
a focused fashion.Oxidation is just one reation there are 50000 plus estimated
enzymes in the human organizm.Of those 2700-3000 enzymes have been identified
and there indiivdual reactions have been noted.Enzymes can be destroyed with
heat and thats what pasteurization does along with cooking.High power blenders
3+hp. are not common to juice or smoothie bars yet.And the odds of using them
for grassjuice in a commercial setting is 0%.It takes alot of grass to use a
blender and most people dont want a 6-10oz. sniffter of grass juice. With a 3+hp.
blender you can cook or freeze depending on how you use the tool. There is a vast
database on enzymes the data I presented was from the book "Conscious EATING" by
Dr. Gabriel Cousens.Dr. Edward Howells enzyme axiom theory is what drives the
living foods phenomenum that we have today.Science rules and juicer propaganda
is nothing more than advertisment with a spin.
