Randall,

I have read that barley grass is much less prone to mold than wheat
grass. I have a tray of each that I purchased from a grower and the
wheat grass does have more mold on it. The barley grass hardly has
any.

Ive been growing the WG on & off for a while now, in my experience when i have watered too much & the water is sitting in the drip tray, the WG gets a build up...
