Hi Eddy,
I have been on wheat and barley grass for almost two weeks now. I
have felt fantastic with tons of energy but my skin has gotten much
much worse. I am going to colon hydrotherapy tomorrow. I think am
just did too much too quick and I am having a detox reaction. I
have temporarily stopped the WG and BG but as soon as I get my skin
under control, I am going to start again except much much slower.
The positive things that happened were really great and have been
encouraging.
