Folks,
I have had two commercial wheatgrass businesses in my time and what I have
experienced is that some people do react with wheatgrass due to gluten or a form
of it but most do not that have been sensitive to gluten before. One needs to
try it for themselves. An alternative is to try using barley grass. This is
what the folks that I came into contact with would use if they did have a
reaction. It grows exactly the same as wheatgrass.
I am just getting back into wheatgrass in a large way for myself and my
intimate partner due to our health. Building a small greenhouse off of my house
which will be able to hold 112 18"x18" trays. If one can consume enough to have
it really move into the small and large intestines in a large way it will heal
basically anything that the body is diseased with. I used to give trays to
cancer paients and it was always so beautiful to see the rapid change in them.
All of them recovered and were in better health then they had ever been. Bob

Yes there is but it does not react the same as
processed wheat
*Editors note: Steve Meyorwitz in his book,
Wheatgrass Nature's Finest Medicine, states that
there is no gluten in the grass.
