I'm from Italy and really interested in juicing (not only wheatgrass).
My question is simple maybe you already answered to this question
(sorry for my english and if I could be repetitive).
Does anybody knows or has any studies or researches about the real
difference in nutritional values between a juice from a twin gear
machine for example and a juice from a centrifuge? I know that flavour
is completely different and I know in which way both works but I'm
really not able to find any studies or comparision test.
