Re: Newbie Question about juice quanity!

Thanks for the reply.

Some of my family may get burned out on it, but the only way I think
I will is if I can't get more than 4oz a tray, my wallet will be
burned out! I actually like the taste, and love growing it, but then
again I liked the lemonade diet for 15 days and was about to go for
20 days when my 8 other friends didn't make it through the first day.

My mom has rhuematoid arthritis and is anemic, So I was going to try
to get her on the wheat grass and then try some barley for her
arthritis, but I thought I better get my wheatgrass production
stable before I start the barley.

Thanks,
Jeff

drinking wheatgrass juice, personally, i drink 99% carrot juice: it
tastes great, so i don't stop drinking it; whereas there are so many
folks who drink lots of wheatgrass juice, then just burn out from
drinking so much of it............

wheatgrass juice after about a year on it. I have been drinking
barleygrass juice for over 14 years and never get tired of it.
Barley is not subject to mold like wheatgrass. I feel it is the
best seed to grow in the summertime because it's not subject to mold
and it is high in organic sodium. People tend to lose sodium in the
summertime and need to replenish it.
