spray with hydrogen peroxide to get rid of any mold............. ideal way to
'handle' mold and bacteria: grow it outside under 'real' sunlight, which creates
better juice.........
make sure to test on each person that they don't have too allergic reactions to
it; as it may not be just 'detox'; but, may be genuine allergic reaction, which
can be dangerous if someone is on the 'edge'.
remember, sad to say, some are actually allergic to wheatgrass juice; unless
it is grown outside in sun. after years of drinking wheatgrass juice,
personally, i drink 99% carrot juice: it tastes great, so i don't stop drinking
it; whereas there are so many folks who drink lots of wheatgrass juice, then
just burn out from drinking so much of it............
best use of wheatgrass juice: after an enema, (which cleans colon); stick some
wheatgrass juice (1-3-5 ounces), up the rear (with enema syringe: about $1 at
drug store), and hold it in as long as possible,
Editors note: Many people who burn out on wheatgrass juice can
tolerate barleygrass juice. I personally couldn't handle wheatgrass juice after
about a year on it. I have been drinking barleygrass juice for over 14 years
and never get tired of it. Barley is not subject to mold like wheatgrass. I
feel it is the best seed to grow in the summertime because it's not subject to
mold and it is high in organic sodium. People tend to lose sodium in the
summertime and need to replenish it.

Subject: [wheatgrass] Re: Newbie Question about juice quanity!
No replies yet huh?
He came over this morning and we juiced his 2 trays of 10x21 trays
and got 4 ounces a piece out of them using my Samson 6 in 1, I even
ran the pulp through again. His trays were absolutely covered with
seeds so that shot my theory that I was spreading mine to thin. The
only difference was I used organic potting soil and he didn't.
Can someone post what results there getting from a tray, and what I
should expect to get from a tray my size.
Thanks,
Jeff
