Victoria and Jay ... thanks for the getback.
I guess what I was after was some convincing, though and ... I'm
still looking.
That's why I came here.
Most of the positive viewpoints of wheatgrass on the web are from the
folks that are either selling it or selling items associated with
it ... like growing trays and grinders.
And the positives are for the most part ambiguous. The only thing I
can find is that wheatgrass has chlorophyll.
All green plants have chlorophyll.
Do a simple search for parsley . you'll find out that it's rich in
vitamins K, C and A.

Google wheatgrass . and come across the biblical story of king
Nebuchadnezzar who went insane and spent seven years living like a
wild animal and eating grass. The bible says he recovered his sanity,
which Ann Wigmore attributed to the grass he ate.

Hey guys . I'm a juicer. I go through 5 pounds of carrots every 2
days.
Do a simple google search for carrots . and you'll find out exactly
what's in them . and why they are healthy.

And I bet there aren't a lot of webpages that report the health
benefits of carrots to be a hoax. Just a guess . I didn't really
check.
If you guys don't know what's in wheatgrass ... for crying out
loud ... just tell me you don't know.
Is there any feeling you get from wheatgrass? As I stated before
parsley makes me feel great! Can you associate any personal health
improvemnets to wheatgrass?
