Growing outdoor wheatgrass   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #804 of 1102 |
Sorry, but I have another question. We recently purchased an acre, and
I am wondering whether I can grow some wheatgrass outside on it. After
reading the Wheatgrass book, it sounds like this wouldn't supply me
with wheatgrass year-round unless there was some way I could harvest
various areas throughout the year. In the book, it grows for 9 months
and then they do a large harvest. I think that's what it said anyway.
I am not sure I want to be doing all of the trays indoors. Is there a
substantial difference between the nutrients in tray-grown grass and
buying the pellets of field-grown grass? I know the cost is a big
difference~

Thanks,
Beth
