I wrote to her regarding sources for wheatberries available in Spain
and this is her reply:

Many thanks for your enquiry. At present I have not been able to
purchase wheatberries directly from any source in Spain. I have
only been able to obtain either wheatgrass tablets or oils through a
local health food shop. However, as soon as I have a source I will
contact you.

Paul, I just do not understand. Whole wheat flour is just ground wheatberries. The mill receives the wheatberries already threshed from the wheat stalk....
