start with an ounce (or 1/2 ounce), and work up.... 2 ounces, 3 ounces,
etc. and find out how much your body is OK with. Make sure you are
not allergic to it. If so, try hydrogen peroxide to water, (watering
it), or growing it outside in sunlight...... maybe add it in to your
raw fresh (organic) vegetable juices: carrot, celery, apple, etc.....
