eating 'better': CHEW EACH BITE a LOT!!! Digestion begins in the
mouth (with saliva). "Normal" undigested food (hurridly eaten and
gulped down), in the stomach, needs a lot of work/digestion to get
broken down....... this burden creates 'dis'-ease. Chew slowly and
digest food in your mouth will save you from a lot of 'disease'/sickness
........ plus you get to enjoy eating and tasting food, which hardly
anyone gets to enjoy........
