all diets cause the dieter to GAIN Weight!!! The starvation and
depravation force the dieter to overeat once they 'crack' and break the
diet. Most overweight persons are eating dead food and thus
starving..... so, after eating a huge meal, an hour later they are
hungry again..... because they are still starving (for nutrients).......
One strategy: eat the most nutritious food possible: so you will not be
starving (all the time)....... raw sprouts, raw fresh vegetable juices,
raw organic sprouts, whole food multi vitamin/mineral
supplements......(raw milk), raw nuts?, etc.........
