Re: [wheatgrass] On taking and making wheatgrass

the hindu ayurvedic philosophy of nutrition teaches it's best to consume
all food (& juice) at as close to body temperature as possible. some
followers are so fanatic that they would prefer to eat cooked food;
rather than cold juices (cooled) from coming out of the refrigerator.
They feel the body uses up energy heating the food intake up to body
temperature.
A few diet persons tweak this by actually eating foods that are cold
from refrigerator, knowing the body will take time and energy to heat
the food up ....... so that it will take longer to eat and digest the
food..... hoping that will cause them to eat less....... and lose
weight.
