Brian:
basically, most purists feel frozen wheatgrass or any frozen juice
has had most (if not all) of the nutrients frozen out of the unfrozen
juice. So adding a frozen cube of water could simply add to your
body's wasting the nourishing effects of the juice by taking energy to
warm up the frozen water. PLUS, if that water (to freeze that ice
cube) came from toxic polluted tap water, you are consuming poisonous
chemicals, which will definaely detract from the health benefits of
fresh juice, right??
