Hey folks!
A newbie here. I have read all 531 messages, so and have a few
questions. I am a bread maker, and have a mill to grind my own flour.
I buy organic winter wheat berries locally so I can have the most
nutritious bread possible. I have also decided to use the wheat
berries to grow wheatgrass for juicing. Did I read somewhere that you
can use mineral salt as a nutrient for you wheatgrass, or is my brain
scrambled from hours of reading 531 messages about wheatgrass?
Another question. I have had wheatgrass juice before at a friends
local juice bar. I started putting an ice cube in the shot, because I
found it better tasting that way. Does anyone see anything wrong with
this?
My final question is, is there anything wrong with mixing your
wheatgrass juice with another juice? Would an acidic juice such as
orange juice have an adverse affect on the WGJ?
Thanks,
beero
