wheatgrass juice will deteriorate and oxidize after a short time,but
it is still good. I would suggest that you freeze any juice that you
dont consume within an hour of juicing. Freezing will slow down the
oxidation of the juice. I freeze extra juice often, although not as
potent as fresh juice it is very convenient. "Naked" brand juice is
pastuerized juice,not raw juice this is why it has a longer shelf life.
Pastuerized (heated) juice is dead juice! I judge the potency of my
juice by the grass i used (strong dark broad blades with no mold) Not
sure how they make the tablets.
