Yes, by all means grow your wheatgrass a second time
if your 1st growth was hardy and strong. The second
growth will also contain a high percentage of nutrients
and will be less potent in the taste. I have always felt
it would be wasteful to just toss it away. I used to live
in CA so please tell me where you are located and I might
be able to suggest a reasonably close resource for materials.
