Hello,
I have only been growing wheat grass for a few months but I read somewhere that
it's not recommended to keep growing once you cropped (maybe because the
nutrient value is not as good as when the grass takes its energy from the seed).
Personally, I discard the old soil after each crop (you can make compost out of
it). I live in Canada but the material really isn't a big thing. All you need is
a few trays (found in most restaurant accessories suppliers), good soil, and a
few Mason Jars. You will find good sites on the internet that explain how to
grow Wheat grass with these simple ingredients (I could send you the link to a
very good one when I'll be on my own computer).
Good luck!

I started juicing about 2 weeks ago. I buy a tray of wheatgrass from a
farmer. I want to know after i've juice the grass and it starts to grow
again, can i juice the new growth too? Or discard the tray all
together. I am in the process of learning how to grow wheatgrass
myself. In California, where would one find the materials to start?
Thanks
