The whole point of wheatgrass juice is that it is a raw food - to cook it
destroys the enzymes that give it the vitality. I cant see any point to cooking
the wheatgrass powder in with your bread. You'd be better off just eating a
good fresh vegetable or fruit with your bread, or better yet - getting some
fresh wheatgrass, juicing it, and drinking fresh wheatgrass juice.
Sincerely,

Getting the most for my dollar isn't my intention here. I don't want to
make wheatgrass juice from wheatgrass powder. I'm just asking if
wheatgrass powder is something that can be added to bread dough. If the
powder loses all it's benefits from the heating process, or adding the
wheatgrass powder makes the bread less palatable then I suppose it's
something I don't want to do. But, if not, then it might be worth adding
it to bread dough.
