Dear Eddy,
Call Optimum Health and make a reservation for the Sunday Tour
of the grounds and lunch. The bookstore is open on that day
for visitors to browse and purchase. Lunch is served to guests
for a donation of 2.50. The last time I was there for a cleanse
was '98, I did the 3 week program again, found someone who offered
raw food meal prep for people who live off the grounds so every
Sunday I made a lunch reservation for 2, then picked up and took
the meals home. On Wednesday, I made another pick-up from the
lady who made raw food delights for people who lived off grounds.
Check the bulletin board for raw food prep and be sure to sample
a taste of the rejuvelac...jugs are in the dining room.
After my last note to you, I found a 5 pg. document on skin detox.

I can send it through by attaching it in an email directly to you. I
also have just started 'Wonders of Wheatgrass' newsletter that
is composed from my memories, classes, notes from Optimum Health.
Additional research and resources are included for subscribers
who must use the internet to obtain supplies for growing etc.
